An on-the-job training program designed for male and female university graduates, aiming to train them at the Authority so they can acquire the necessary experience and skills to prepare and qualify them for participation in the labor market.

Cooperative Training Program

It is a fixed-term training program offered by the Human Rights Commission,

It provides university and college students with the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application. The program also allows trainees to contribute to developing their professional skills and increasing their practical knowledge according to their fields of specialization. Through this program, the Commission seeks to qualify national talents, develop their capabilities, and strengthen cooperation with educational institutions to achieve the highest levels of integration between education and the labor market.

Graduate Development Program

In recognition of the capabilities and high competencies of promising graduates, the Human Rights Commission launched the Rukayez Program as part of the graduate development journey. The program aims to provide an integrated developmental experience that enhances personal and leadership skills, develops communication and analytical abilities, and prepares participants for effective integration into the institutional work environment and contribution to leading human rights initiatives.
